When to choose telehealth vs. in-person care
Telehealth urgent care is ideal for mild to moderate symptoms that can be evaluated through video consultation. If your provider determines that an in-person physical examination, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, or a procedure is needed, they will help guide you to the appropriate level of care.
* Certain insurers, including Medicare, may require you to be physical present in your home or another permitted originating site to receive telehealth care.
